Do I have to keep getting more fit?

I read a GQ Magazine article on home fitness and decided to make an editorial illustration for it.

Over the last year I’ve seen home fitness blow up. Expertly edited work out videos on my feed, Half burpees, Full burpees, super sets & joggers working hard to beat their personal best on Nike running club. But how much work out is enough, & when do workout goals become convenient fantasies?
