an iterative process of improvement and growth."
I fail... a lot.
I recently did some work for KFC that didn't make it to production.
I was devastated because I wanted the clout of telling people I've worked with KFC.
Social approval is fantastic. It gets you into rooms, allows you to charge more for your work & it gives you bragging rights. Please don't make too much of a big deal out of it because when it's stripped away, you're left naked and groundless because you've given all your power away.
So be an island unto yourself & be your refuge. What you see as a failure now might be one step in an iterative process of improvement and growth.
Your work doesn't determine your value. How lovely is this bucket though?
